- Lead and manage client relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Be in charge of accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple clients
- Handle the accounting at month-end for multiple clients:
- Reconcile bank, brokerage, and credit card statements
- Post monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries
- Prepare financial and cash flow statements
- Prepare budgets and comparison of actual to budget reports
- Ensure transactions are documented and analyzed according to compliance requirements
- Supervise client‑vendor management, including issues and disputes
- In charge of filing 1099s
- Maintain thorough client data files
- Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned

Knowledge:
- Someone who understands accounting and has experience with the month‑end process.
- High Proficiency in Word and Excel, experience with Agil Link/Datafaction, Quick Books Online, and Xero preferred but not necessary
- Demonstrates persistence in finding solutions and overcoming obstacles
- Build trust through consistency, discretion, and follow‑through
- Approaches client service with empathy and professionalism
- Takes ownership without waiting to be asked
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn

Education:
