Assistant Controller

Frederick Fox (Los Angeles) is hiring an Assistant Controller in Los Angeles.

Schedule: Flexible start time; normal hours are 9am to 5:30pm

Salary Range: $135,000 - $155,000 base + 15% target annual bonus

• CPA required; public accounting experience preferred
• 3 years of experience supervising staff
• 5 to 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Inventory management and multi-unit/multi-location industry experience
• Able to lead daily accounting operations, financial reporting, be the point of contact for audit and support future M&A and/or IPO initiatives

Systems: Sage Intacct ERP; ADP for payroll processed by HR/Payroll Specialist, POS communicating sales daily

• 40 employees at the corporate office and 500 total
• Currently operates like a small company with a goal to IPO in the next 2-3 years
• Audited by top 20 national CPA firm
