Job Details

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team and support the team across accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. This role will assist with critical functions including financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and identifying potential risks.

Responsibilities
  • Processing vendor invoices (3‑way match: PO, invoice, receipt)
  • Entering invoices into ERP systems (commonly Net Suite or SAP in your environment)
  • Verifying pricing, quantities, and vendor details
  • Handling basic vendor inquiries (payment status, invoice corrections)
  • Assisting with weekly or bi‑weekly payment runs
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining AP documentation for audit readiness
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (associate degree in accounting or business is a plus)
  • 2+ years of accounting, AP, or clerical finance experience
  • Strong data entry and attention to detail
  • Basic Excel skills (sorting, filters, simple formulas)
  • Comfort working with deadlines and repetitive tasks
