Tax Senior – Bilingual Japanese

Responsibilities

• Assists partners and managers on international clients with all aspects of tax compliance and consulting services.
• Reviewing and preparing tax documents for a variety of entities including Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations with international components.
• Managing client financial statements on a monthly basis.
• Analyzing financial records and creating reports for forensic accounting, bankruptcy, and litigation support projects.

Qualifications

• Obtained a BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• More than 2 years of full-time experience in tax compliance within a public accounting environment, involving exposure to international tax forms such as 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8621, and 1116.
• Currently holds or is pursuing a CPA license.
• Possesses expatriate/inpatriate tax background.
• Has experience in international tax consulting and planning.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong work ethic, capable of understanding complex accounting matters, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Must be fluent in Japanese and English languages.
