Stockdale Capital is seeking a hands-on Controller to own day-to-day accounting operations and the financial close across its real estate entities. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, this role is the engine of the accounting function in a lean, high-trust environment.
Ideal candidate has 7+ years in real estate accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, multi-entity consolidations, and hands-on close ownership; CPA preferred but not required; exposure to audits and investor reporting is a plus.
