Payroll Manager

• Process and oversee bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees
• Review payroll data, including hours, deductions, garnishments, and adjustments
• Manage payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, and pay rate updates
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies before payroll deadlines
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

• Provide day-to-day supervision of payroll operations
• Serve as the escalation point for payroll-related issues
• Train and support payroll staff and cross-functional team members
• Review work for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Develop and maintain payroll procedures and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

• Maintain employee records across payroll, HR, and timekeeping systems
• Administer payroll through ADP Workforce Now
• Support payroll system enhancements and upgrades
• Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate employee and payroll data
• Respond to employee payroll and deduction inquiries

• 4–6+ years of payroll experience, including payroll processing and oversight
• Prior lead, senior payroll, or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience processing payroll for approximately 200 employees
• Strong knowledge of payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefits
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or similar payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
