Key Responsibilities
- Enter, review, and process vendor invoices (Accounts Payable).
- Match invoices to receipts, work orders, and credit card transactions.
- Prepare check runs and process ACH payments.
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment status.
- Prepare and track preliminary notices (prelims) (Construction & Administrative Support).
- Prepare and coordinate lien releases.
- Assist with job documentation and approvals.
- Maintain organized records across accounting and project systems.
- Manage business licenses, permits, and renewals (Office & Administrative Operations).
- Handle compliance‑related items (DOT, hauler permits, etc.).
- Assist with general office needs and administrative tasks.
- Support internal systems (Sage, SPC, DSM, etc.).
- Help organize and improve office workflows.
- Assist with document tracking and approvals (Accounting & Support Tasks).
- Support accounting, payroll, and management teams as needed.
- Provide backup support to office staff when needed.
- Experience in construction, trucking, or service industries.
- Familiarity with Sage

CRE, Sage Paperless (SPC), and DSM (Peak Software). - Experience with permits, compliance, or job documentation.
