A​/R Specialist - Law Firm

Professional services company located near Beverly Hills is looking for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for high-volume accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes. Additional duties include reviewing client collection efforts, updating the aging report, and handling client billing. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also create management reports, respond promptly to customer inquiries, keep management and departments updated on past due accounts, as well as prepare and generate accurate cash flow reports for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least three years of accounts receivable or billing experience with a professional services organization (i.e., law firm, public accounting, consulting, software as a service – SaaS, etc.) with client billing.
• Solid career tenure is important.
• Good MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.) skills are important.
• Excellent problem solving skills are also required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment is essential.
• Multi-tasking skills are critical.
• Pay, $35 – 41/hr.
