As a Staff Accountant on the Corporate Accounting team, you will play a key role in supporting the Company's financial operations by managing the Corporate Credit Card program, performing month-end reconciliations for corporate cost centers, and assisting with various accounting and administrative processes. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Administer the Corporate Credit Card program, including processing daily card requests and managing corporate card reconciliations.
• Manage the sublease invoicing process, including preparing invoices and overseeing bill‑back activities.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances in a timely manner.
• Assist with month‑end close activities and support the Corporate Accounting team with various financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  2+ Years of Experience in Public or Private Accounting preferred.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong accuracy and organizational skills, especially when handling commission calculations and high‑volume transactions.
• Adaptability:
  Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with shifting priorities.
• Excel
  
  Skills:
  
  Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required, including daily use of formulas, data organization, reconciliations, and reporting functions.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Workday is a plus.
