Manufacturing Controller

Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 Base Salary + Bonus (Depending on Experience)

I'm currently conducting a confidential search for a Controller to join a well-established manufacturing organization
. This individual will serve as a key member of the leadership team and play a critical role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys partnering with operations, owning the accounting function, and influencing business outcomes across a growing manufacturing environment.

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Own general ledger, financial reporting, and balance sheet integrity
• Manage inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing financial analysis
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
• Partner with operations leadership on profitability, pricing, and cost reduction programs
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance processes
• Support audits, tax requirements, and corporate reporting initiatives
• Develop and mentor accounting and finance staff
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall financial performance

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
• Manufacturing industry experience a MUST
• Strong inventory and cost accounting expertise
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance
• ERP system experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership
