A Day in the Life:

In the position of Staff Accountant, you will prepare financial statements and reports, participate in the monthly and quarterly closing process and assist in the preparation of the SEC filings. Develops spreadsheet reports, verifies information, prepares journal entries, and reconciles accounts and balance sheets.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Participate in various aspects of the monthly, quarterly closing process including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Participate in the consolidation process of multiple subsidiaries including intercompany reconciliations and foreign currency accounting.
  • Assist in the preparation and timely filing of reports required with the SEC, including reports on 10-Q, 10-K and other filings. Produce clear and organized work papers that adequately support the Company’s SEC filings.
  • Conduct financial audits, assist with year-end audits.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Accounting, Finance, or similar field of study
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reading and analyzing financial reports
  • Strong proficiency in Excel. Preferred experience with Microsoft office package and SAP.
  • Understanding of US tax regulations

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$70,304 - $82,000 USD
