Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Firm seeking to add a Senior Lead Accountant to their team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external accounting partners.
- Review accounting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in both public accounting and private industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- CPA preferred but not required.
