Accounts Payable Clerk

Description

An Accounts Payable Clerk is needed for a Hospital in Los Angeles. The Accounts Payable Specialist will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. You will have the opportunity for career growth and advancement within this dynamic department.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents

- Handle 100 invoices per day

- Produce full-cycle A/P

- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

- Validate, record, and send checks, including expediting special handling

- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

- Software:
Paragon and Allscripts
