Accounts Payable Clerk

What You'll Do

• Own the full invoice and receipt lifecycle: capture, verification, entering, coding, case allocation, and approval routing
• Book costs accurately to the correct client matter numbers so every expense lands where it belongs
• Process high volumes of vendor invoices and payment data into our financial and ERP system quickly and without errors
• Reconcile credit card charges at volume, coding roughly 200 transactions a day and tracking down the invoice or receipt behind each one
• Investigate discrepancies like duplicate payments or miscoded charges, then partner with the accounting team to resolve them cleanly
• Organize and file invoices in the ERP system so anything can be found in seconds, not hours

• You bring accounts payable experience, ideally from a law firm or professional services environment
• You know your way around booking costs to client matter numbers
• You are meticulous by nature and errors bother you until they are fixed
• You stay calm and accurate when the transaction volume climbs and the pace picks up
• You are a natural organizer who builds systems that make everyone around you faster
• You communicate clearly when a discrepancy needs a second set of eyes
• You are proficient in Excel and comfortable learning or working inside an ERP or practice management system

• Hourly pay: $25-$27 based on experience
• Workplace:
  Onsite

• Firm pays 100% of premiums for dental and vision
• Firm pays 100% of all Silver-level medical plans
• Firm contributes approximately 10% toward retirement (3% Safe Harbor + 7% Profit Sharing)
• $500 annual FSA contribution
• Time for Life:
