Our client, a regional firm, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to fill an advanced technical position. This person needs to be knowledgeable about personal tax, estates, trusts, and pass-through entities like LLCs and S corps. Real estate, high-net-worth individuals, and private client services are preferred industries. This person should aim to produce only the highest quality work possible, expect the same from their team, and seek long-term growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality client relationships
- Review, prepare, and manage multiple tax returns
- Mentor and train staff, seniors, and managers
- Work directly with partners and staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and budget expectations
Requirements:
- 7+ Years of public accounting experience
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting
- Master of Science in Taxation preferred, but not required
- CPA license
