Senior Tax Accountant

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid/Mostly Remote after initial ramp-up

Onsite in DTLA

• 5+ years of tax preparation experience
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing individual and business tax returns
• Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation
• Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses and their owners
• Strong understanding of public accounting and corporate accounting
• Proficiency with Lacerte and Quick Books
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
• Strong analytical and tax research skills
• Excellent client communication and customer service skills
• EA or CPA preferred, but not required

• Prepare, review, and file complex federal and state tax returns
• Analyze financial information to determine tax liabilities and identify deductions
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies
• Respond to client tax questions and provide exceptional service
• Mentor and train junior tax staff
• Stay current on tax law and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client satisfaction
