Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

Beacon Hill is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. This individual will play a key role in managing the organization's financial activities and partnering with leadership to support business objectives.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning activities
• Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Coordinate annual audits and support tax compliance efforts
• Supervise and develop accounting team members
• Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and operational initiatives
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• CPA preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
