Revenue Cycle Analyst – High-Growth Healthcare Company
Are you a data-driven revenue cycle professional who enjoys partnering cross-functionally and improving complex billing operations? This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, mission-driven healthcare organization with strong financial backing, active M&A activity, and a collaborative, in-office culture that values speed, ownership, and impact.
Who you are:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare environments
- Experience with healthcare billing and revenue recognition
- Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel and large ERP systems
- Manage accounts receivable, including billing, payment posting, and reconciliations across multiple payors
- Analyze denials, underpayments, and reimbursement trends; recommend corrective actions
- Partner with internal teams on revenue recognition, adjustments, and write-offs
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards while supporting automation and process improvement initiatives

- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education
- The expected range for this role is $85,000–$95,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience
