Location: Downtown Los Angeles (3 days in office, 2 remote)
Pay Rate: $35-40/hour
Schedule: 7am – 4pm, potential for overtime; max 5 hours per week as needed
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Position Summary: Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Investment Operations department to support the private deal lifecycle.
Responsibilities & Duties- Supports daily administrative operations through accurate data entry, database updates, and ongoing data maintenance to ensure information integrity
- Schedules meetings occasionally
- Organizes, files, and maintains documents to keep records accessible, compliant, and audit-ready
- Manages callbacks, follow-ups, and general communication tracking to ensure timely responses and smooth workflow coordination
- Assists with preparing reports, updating internal systems, and supporting team members with ad-hoc administrative needs to keep processes running efficiently
- Work independently on projects under general direction of team leadership.
- 1-3 years of experience in back office or 3-5 years of experience supporting several executives
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, Adobe PDF, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
