Job SummaryAction is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager Assistant to support our Engineering team. This is a temporary full-time role expected to last until June. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.
Schedule: Monday-Fri 8am-5pm
Hybrid schedule based out of the Los Angeles Office
Compensation: up to $30.00 per hour, depending upon experience
What You’ll Do- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Engineering team
- Prepare and distribute reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general communications
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with logistics
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
- 2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Building management software and/or similar tools)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, customer-service oriented demeanor
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
