We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Management Clerk to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity, accessibility, and security of our company’s records and information. Key

Objectives
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of physical and electronic records.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support various departments by providing reliable access to records and data.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of records management processes.
Responsibilities
  • Organize, classify, and file records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Retrieve and distribute records promptly upon request from authorized personnel.
  • Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
  • Assist in the digitization and archiving of physical documents.
  • Track and monitor the lifecycle of records, including retention and disposal schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with records management standards.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits related to records.
  • Update and maintain records management databases and logs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in records management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in records management, filing, or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with records management software and electronic filing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
