We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Management Clerk to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity, accessibility, and security of our company’s records and information. KeyObjectives
- Ensure accurate and timely management of physical and electronic records.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support various departments by providing reliable access to records and data.
- Assist in the development and improvement of records management processes.
- Organize, classify, and file records in accordance with established procedures.
- Retrieve and distribute records promptly upon request from authorized personnel.
- Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
- Assist in the digitization and archiving of physical documents.
- Track and monitor the lifecycle of records, including retention and disposal schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with records management standards.
- Provide support during internal and external audits related to records.
- Update and maintain records management databases and logs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in records management is a plus.
- Proven experience in records management, filing, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with records management software and electronic filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
