The Temp Customer Service Coordinator provides support for our recurring giving programs, ecommerce store, and marketing promotions. This role includes assisting customers with online orders, resolving inquiries, coordinating with fulfillment, and ensuring a positive donor and customer experience.
The position may involve occasional inbound or outbound communication to provide updates, answer questions, or support engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, responsive, and committed to delivering excellent service while clearly communicating Prager

*** This is a 4 to 6 month temporary position with the potential to transition into a direct hire opportunity.
- Provide exceptional, fast, and friendly customer service for Prager
U’s online store and donor merchandise program - Assist with processing ecommerce orders, including packing, shipping, and coordinating with fulfillment
- Respond to customer and donor inquiries regarding orders, billing, returns, and general support
- Process returns, exchanges, credits, and order adjustments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer and donor records in internal systems
- Support inventory management, including tracking stock levels and processing adjustments
- Provide administrative support to the fundraising and marketing teams, including data entry and reporting using Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist with merchandise promotions, donor mailings, and special projects
- Contribute to improving office and warehouse organization and operational efficiency
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management
- Effectively communicate and articulate the impact of donations, emphasizing the benefits to the donor and the organization.
- Handle Objections:
Address any concerns or objections raised by donors regarding upgrading their contributions, and provide appropriate responses to alleviate hesitations
- 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel (Docs, Sheets, Excel);
Shopify experience a plus - Strong written communication skills (email, letters, chat) with a clear and professional tone
- Confident and professional phone presence; comfortable assisting customers and donors as needed
- Self‑starter who can work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented skills
- Meticulous attention to detail in order fulfillment, with care and pride in package presentation to ensure a polished, high‑quality customer experience
- Strong time management and follow‑through, including maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation
- High integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to customer and donor confidentiality

The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $27.00+ per hour.
