Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent coordination skills, and is committed to delivering seamless event experiences from concept to completion.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced event professionals while developing strong project coordination and operational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of on-site and off-site events
  • Support logistics management, including venue coordination, vendor communication, and material preparation
  • Maintain event schedules, timelines, and task tracking
  • Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations
  • Coordinate event setup and breakdown processes
  • Provide administrative support to the events management team
  • Ensure brand standards and quality expectations are consistently met
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
