Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Executive Account Assistant to support senior leadership and key client accounts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to executive leadership
Assist in managing and coordinating key client accounts
Prepare reports, presentations, and account documentation

Support contract preparation and documentation tracking
