We are seeking several reliable and self-directed Office Associates to support lead generation, marketing initiatives, and recruiting efforts. This role is well-suited for someone who works independently, manages their time effectively, and stays organized while meeting project deadlines.

The Office Associate will play an important role in supporting business growth by assisting with outreach efforts, marketing activities, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Support
  • Research and identify potential clients, partners, or candidates using online tools and databases
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate contact information
  • Assist with outbound email campaigns and follow-up communications
  • Track and report on lead activity
Marketing Support
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Schedule and manage social media posts
  • Prepare and edit marketing materials (email templates, flyers, presentations, etc.)
  • Maintain marketing contact lists and databases
  • Ensure marketing projects are completed by established deadlines
  • Post job openings on various job boards and platforms
  • Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screening
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Assist with onboarding documentation as needed
Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Assist with reporting and special projects

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, marketing, recruiting, or related roles preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
