Responsibilities
The Senior Legal Typist (SLT) provides clerical support for Workers' Compensation Judges, including the preparation and service of orders, correspondence, reports, decisions, and awards. The SLT reserves and completes tasks within the Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS), processing both incoming and outgoing documents, assists the WCJ in maintaining EAMS records, and responds to inquiries from parties and the public.

1500 Hughes Way, Suite C203, Long Beach, CA 90810.
Hours:
40 hours per week in an office setting. Daily use of a personal computer, telephone, fax, and other office equipment is essential. Employees are required to attend meetings, work in a team environment, and be willing to travel for off‑site training. Telework is available two days per week.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Valid typing certificate of 45 words per minute. Ability to read and write English at a level required for successful job performance. Strong communication skills, effective decision‑making, time‑management, and ability to work independently.
