Law Firm Office Administrator
A well-established, nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee daily operations of its Los Angeles office. This is a key leadership role within a litigation-focused environment, offering high visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on office culture and operations.

- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions

- Supervise and support administrative staff, including workflow management and development
- Coordinate facilities, vendors, and office services
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts
- Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting for the office
- Coordinate meetings, events, and firm programs
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
- Drive process improvements and enhance overall office efficiency
- 5+ years of law firm office administration or law firm operations experience required
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
- Experience managing legal support staff in a litigation-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
