Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team to support the EVP/Head of Communications for Paramount's TV Media Group, and EVP of Communications for CBS Studios. The ideal candidate will have solid communication, coordination, collaboration, and prioritization skills to support a busy desk. This position is an on-site role, based at our Hollywood office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to two senior executives: the TV Media Group's top communications officer, who reports directly to the Chair of TV Media, and the EVP, Communications, CBS Studios.
- Manage EVP's calendar, coordinate travel, and schedule meetings.
- Interact with senior management, press and with various divisions within Paramount and external constituents.
- Reconcile expense reports and order department supplies as needed.
- Serve as a conduit between the various Paramount Communications groups by acting as a resource and maintaining the flow of information.
- Prepare correspondence, decks and various other materials as directed.
- Tasked with screening and handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Manage, track and process invoices and department budgets.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience providing executive level administrative support in the entertainment industry.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate skillfully and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
- Deep attention to detail and ability to understand written and oral instructions.
- Exemplary writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under time constraints.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Skilled in MS Office suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
