Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO High-Growth Multi-Unit Restaurant Organization

A rapidly growing multi-unit restaurant company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the Founder & CEO. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team while gaining exposure to operations, finance, strategic planning, growth initiatives, and executive decision‑making.
This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You'll serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO, helping manage priorities, execute projects, improve organizational efficiency, and support the continued growth of a successful and expanding organization.
What You'll Do Executive & Leadership Support- Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, meetings, and daily workflow
- Ensure key initiatives remain on track through consistent follow‑up and accountability
- Coordinate communication across leadership and department teams
- Assist with planning, organization, and execution of strategic projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and special projects
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items
- Support operational improvements and process optimization efforts
- Help identify opportunities to increase efficiency and organizational effectiveness
- Conduct market, vendor, competitive, and operational research
- Gather information and present findings in a clear, actionable format
- Assist with strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Support decision‑making through analysis and recommendations
- Source vendors, products, and services
- Obtain pricing, proposals, and competitive bids
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and reporting systems
- Coordinate communication with external partners and service providers
- Assist with select business and personal projects for the CEO
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, research, and vendor management
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, business owners, or leadership teams
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern business software
- Self‑starter who can work independently and anticipate needs before they arise
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
