Job Summary. THEWORK
- Perform a variety of routine and non‑routine administrative, clerical, and data collection tasks for supervisor in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform various administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry, and report writing tasks.
- Receive direction from immediate supervisor in completing non‑routine assignments.
- Gather statistics and general data; review and combine this information into established reports for internal use.
- Scan documents and reports as required.
- Develop new reports or revise existing reports, as directed (may be in spreadsheet, graphical, or narrative word‑processing format).
- Verify data gathered, such as matching supplier invoices against file copies.
- Distribute reports as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Origin correspondence and reports not requiring the personal attention of immediate supervisor.
- Prepare general correspondence and maintain general files.
- Answer telephone calls, take and relay messages, screen callers, and direct calls accordingly.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
- Maintain an organized workspace by keeping documents and supplies properly stored.
- Contribute to the advancement of TDG’s goals through commitment to productive collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Flexible:
Work location includes a mix of remote, onsite at client or Accenture office or center.
Salary: $54,000 - $59,000 a year (compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience).
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED- High school diploma (or equivalent) and five years or more of relevant work experience.
- Prolog experience.
- Working knowledge of TDG policies and procedures.
