Role: Assistant, Production Finance
Compensation: ($23-$25/hr = $47K-$52K) + overtime (1-hr daily = $8K-$9,750K) + discretionary target bonus (up to $3K)

Role SummaryAt FIFTH SEASON, we’re revolutionizing the entertainment industry with groundbreaking content that captivates global audiences. As a dynamic studio with soul, we’re seeking a Production Finance Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the production finance team to ensure smooth operations while gaining exposure to production finance. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of competence, a strong initiative to ensure successful execution of projects, and a self‑starter with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the SVP, including managing scheduling, expenses, travel arrangements with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
- Extend administrative assistance to other Production Finance executives as needed.
- Tactfully handle inquiries and/or refer to appropriate parties. Review and answer mail and inquiries on own initiative, determine if Executive action is required, refer routine matters to appropriate person and follow up to ensure completion.
- Take initiative in handling ad‑hoc projects and assignments, demonstrating resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset in delivering timely and high‑quality outcomes.
- Gather, compile, and analyze information from various sources to prepare complex reports, manuals, and agendas.
- Compose routine and non‑routine correspondence, reports, and memoranda, often confidential in nature.
- Act as liaison between executives and internal and external contacts.
- Genuine passion for entertainment content and a desire to grow within production finance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in media/entertainment, with a focus on client communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
