POSITION: Wholesale Customer Service Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all Credit Memos and Return Authorizations
- Update weekly damage report.
- Effective communication with 3PL’s to ensure issues are being addressed and shipping is occurring daily and in a timely manner.
- Send commercial invoices from Net Suite to Hong Kong warehouse for each shipment.
- Release orders in Net Suite to 3PL warehouses.
- Add images to EMS reports and complete customer shipping documents/order details as needed.
- Review sales orders against customer purchase orders and portals to check for discrepancies.
- Order tickets from suppliers for EDI customers each season.
- Upload UPC’s into GXS catalog each season.
- Responsible for assisting all Account Executives with a range of administrative tasks such as adding imagery to sales reports, creating line sheets, and compiling new account presentations
- Executing the efficient organization of the same send out process
- Ensuring all buyer’s needs have been met by filling our copy templates for all accounts with EAN codes, pricing, composition, and any other required information
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of previous customer service experience.
- Experience working with majors, specialty and drop ship in both domestic and international regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; additional relevant work experience can be substituted for an earned degree
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and reprioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible thinker with the ability to make sound independent decisions.
- Ability to work with little supervision and work well with others at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Problem solver mentality with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Net Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with GXS Catalog.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office products
- Apparel experience required
- High SKU count manufacturing and/or distribution experience
