Amped Kitchens builds, owns, and operates large-scale commercial kitchen properties in Los Angeles and Chicago. Our properties are home to some of L.A.'s most exciting food companies-from emerging CPG brands to established restaurant groups, caterers, and meal-delivery businesses.
We're looking for a sharp, organized coordinator to help run the administrative side of Amped Kitchens-L.A. North. You'll be a central point of contact for clients and vendors, working across our Leasing, Facilities, and Accounting teams to get questions answered, information routed, and open items resolved.
This is a broad, hands-on property-administration role. Some days will focus on client questions and leasing paperwork; others may involve vendor coordination, account follow-up, records, scheduling, supplies, or an unexpected operational issue. The right person enjoys that variety, loves helping people, and takes pride in keeping the property organized and responsive.

- Onboarding, move-ins, transfers, and move-outs happen smoothly.
- Open administrative items are tracked through completion.
- Small problems are caught before they become larger ones.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly and helpfully to calls, emails, and account questions.
- Gather the information needed and coordinate with Leasing, Facilities, or Accounting to resolve issues.

- Maintain clear, professional communication through resolution.
- Record payments and maintain accurate account records.
- Follow up on outstanding balances using established company procedures.
- Help clients understand charges and coordinate with Accounting when additional review is needed.
- Organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.
- Assist Accounting with data entry, recordkeeping, and reconciliation support.
- Support the Leasing Executive by giving property tours to prospective clients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate lease and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate client onboarding, move-ins, transfers, and move-outs.
- Track deposits, insurance certificates, required documents, and other outstanding items.
- Coordinate lease-related tasks among the client, Leasing, Facilities, and Accounting teams.
- Collect and maintain W-9s, insurance certificates, and other required vendor documentation.
- Communicate with vendors regarding scheduling, documentation, invoices, and account questions.
- Maintain property records, office supplies, and routine schedules.
- Support other day-to-day administrative needs as they arise.
- Help improve systems and procedures as the company grows.
- At least two years of experience in property administration, operations, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
