This is a full-time, in-person front office job at NPMD Clinic in Encino paying $20 per hour, focused on patient check-in, scheduling, phones, records, and day-to-day office coordination.

• Greet patients and visitors with calm, respectful, professional communication.
• Answer calls, route questions, take complete messages, and help patients understand next steps.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments across the clinic calendar.
• Support check-in, check-out, forms, records, reminders, and basic patient account updates.
• Keep the reception area, documents, patient flow, and daily office details organized.
• Communicate clearly with providers, medical assistants, and office leadership when priorities shift.
• Handle private information carefully and follow HIPAA-minded office habits.

• You have front desk, medical office, dental office, med spa, hospitality, or patient-service experience.
• You are comfortable with phones, calendars, email, office software, and accurate data entry.
• You can stay friendly and organized when several people need help at once.
• You notice details, write clear messages, and follow through without needing to be chased.
• You are comfortable representing NPMD with polished, patient-centered communication.

The front office sets the tone for the whole visit. A clear greeting, accurate schedule, complete message, and organized chart can prevent confusion before it reaches the clinical team.
