REQ-43046## Production Assistant - Seasonal PTKTLA is looking for a Production Assistant to work on our Emmy Award-winning live coverage of the Rose Parade. PA with a can-do attitude will work directly with Production Coordinator and APOC for all their needs, including script book assembly, camera cards, research and clerical, and any other related tasks.
Responsibilities
* Will assist Production Coordinator and APOC in all clerical tasks and duties.
* Will assemble float tour books, script books and camera cards.
* Will work on files in One Drive, including rundown, production schedules, scripts, camera cards, etc.
* Perform clerical duties to support the show.
* Provide telephone coverage.
* Will work on the live event on location in Pasadena.
* Position is temporary December to January.# Requirements
* Must have experience in live television, scripted or related field
* Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and One Drive are a must.
* Knowledge of live show rundowns and scripts a plus.
* Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail and handle a lot on their plate all at once
* Superb organizational and time management skills
* Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
* Talent for anticipating needs
* Excellent written and verbal communications; professional telephone etiquette AVAILABLE:
Immediately Compensation $20/hr.+ - commensurate with experience and skill level
