KTLA is looking for a Production Assistant to work on our Emmy Award-winning live coverage of the Rose Parade. PA with a can-do attitude will work directly with Production Coordinator and APOC for all their needs, including script book assembly, camera cards, research and clerical, and any other related tasks.

• Will assist Production Coordinator and APOC in all clerical tasks and duties.
• Will assemble float tour books, script books and camera cards.
• Will work on files in One Drive, including rundown, production schedules, scripts, camera cards, etc.
• Perform clerical duties to support the show.
• Provide telephone coverage.
• Will work on the live event on location in Pasadena.

• Must have experience in live television, scripted or related field.
• Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC
  - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and One Drive are a must.
• Knowledge of live show rundowns and scripts a plus.
• Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail and handle a lot on their plate all at once.
• Superb organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints.
• Talent for anticipating needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; professional telephone etiquette.

Compensation: $20/hr.+ - commensurate with experience and skill level
