We’re hiring an Executive Assistant & Client Support Specialist with flexible schedule availability to provide high-quality administrative and client-facing support to senior-level executives. This role is ideal for professionals seeking a flexible, part‑time schedule while delivering exceptional service and organizational excellence.
What you will be doing:What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate light travel arrangements as needed.
- Track expenses and prepare detailed reports on a regular basis.
- Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized filing systems and support administrative operations.
- Take meeting notes and assist with client-facing communications.
- Support social media updates, billing, and invoicing when required.
- Assist in coordinating virtual events or meetings for clients and team members.
- Has proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Client Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Is proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and standard office tools.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintains discretion, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Holds at least a high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Resides in Latin America.
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with stable internet.
- Part-time position (typically 20–30 hours per week)
