Role Description

The Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position is responsible for greeting patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and managing patient check-in and check-out processes. Daily tasks include handling patient inquiries, coordinating with clinical staff, maintaining accurate records, and processing basic administrative forms and payments. The Receptionist also helps keep the front desk area organized, supports day-to-day office operations, and ensures a professional, courteous experience for all visitors and callers.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and team members.
  • Experience with receptionist duties and front desk operations in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
  • Proficient phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Clerical skills, including data entry, scheduling, filing, and basic use of office software.
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or healthcare is a plus.
