Role Description The Office Manager/Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, supporting daily operations at Original Film’s office. This role manages office responsibilities, acts as a second assistant to the CEO and serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and external vendors. Duties include handling phone and email communication, maintaining office organization, and monitoring supplies and office equipment, as well as personal assistant duties as needed.

Desired start time is immediate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Entertainment related fields is preferred
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with staff, partners, and visitors.
  • Reliable transport/personal vehicle is required
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to support daily office operations and procedures.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets); experience with entertainment industry workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgement, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in an office management, assistant, or receptionist role preferred; background in entertainment or media is beneficial.
