We're looking for a friendly , proactive, and highly organized Legal Assistant to support our Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at Paramount Pictures. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the team, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, managing day-to-day tasks, and staying one step ahead of what’s needed. If you have a strong background in administrative support (especially in entertainment or legal settings), love working in a fast-paced environment, and is someone who takes pride in staying on top of the details, we’d love to hear from you!

Support the SVP in preparing work materials and documents
Organize, file, and distribute internal and external agreements and correspondence
Manage daily administrative tasks: answer phones, roll calls, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, manage email and mail, handle visitor requests, update contacts, prepare expense reports, and order supplies
Maintain a tickler system for follow-ups and track project and deal status updates
Draft and generate letters, term sheets, and internal deal memos using a database system
Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external contacts as needed
Basic Qualifications:2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in entertainment or legal environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and internet applications
Additional Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills
Comfortable interacting with staff, senior executives, talent representatives, and external partners
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities skillfully
Self-starter with strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion
Flexible, resourceful , team-oriented, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced setting

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
