Data Entry, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Data Entry Clerk for a one-week contract assignment supporting the Education Department of a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Los Angeles, CA. This temporary opportunity is ideal for an administrative professional who is accurate, organized, and comfortable completing high-volume data entry in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate, high-volume data entry for the Education Department.
- Enter, review, and update information while maintaining data integrity.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned tasks correctly and efficiently.
- Organize and process information in accordance with department procedures.
- Communicate professionally with internal team members as needed.
- Support general office and administrative needs related to the project.
- Pay Rate: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Schedule:
Part-time, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. - Duration: 1 week, October 12 through October 16.

- Complete high-volume data entry tasks for an Education Department project.
- Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to ensure accurate data processing.
- Maintain organized records and support general office workflow.
- Communicate professionally while working in a corporate office environment.
- Bilingual Spanish skills required.
- At least 2 years of professional data entry and general office experience required.
- Data entry proficiency of 8,000+ keystrokes required.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- 3 to 5 years of data entry, administrative, or clerical office experience.
- Prior experience supporting an education, nonprofit, or community-focused organization.
- Experience working on short-term projects with tight timelines.
