Job Description
The Fleet Administrator supports the Fleet Department by managing administrative, compliance, and coordination tasks that ensure company vehiclesremainoperational, compliant, and properly documented. This role works closely with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to track maintenance activities,maintainaccuratefleet records, and support the daily operations of fleet.
Key Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections with external vendors whilemaintainingcommunication with service providers to track repair progress and completion timelines.
Handle DMV-related tasks including vehicle registration, title processing, and related documentation.
Manage parts inventory by ordering and receiving parts, keeping inventory updated, coordinating funding requests, and uploading invoices.
Maintainaccuraterecords of fleet documentation, repairs, and administrative transactions.
Assist with vehiclelogisticswhen necessary, including picking up or delivering vehicles to shops or vendors.
Support Fleet leadership with administrative coordination to ensure smooth daily fleet operations.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Expert organizational management ensuring a strong focus on workflow structure.
Strong communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
Strong hands-on approach with a willingness to assist team members across various tasks.
Compassionate mindset focused on fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work culture.
Ability to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
Must have an active driver’s license and be approvedonthe company’s insurance.
Able to lift upto 30 pounds without assistance as needed.

The hourly wage for this position is $22.00.
