Summary
The Seasonal Administrative Support Associate supports store leadership, customer experience, administrative operations, and people-related initiatives. This customer- and colleague-facing role also assists with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
Responsibilities- Assist customers visiting the store’s executive office and respond promptly to customer concerns.
- Provide floor coverage and support cash office functions and store leadership as needed.
- Support applicant sourcing, candidate communications, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain hiring documents through the store’s imaging and documentation systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
- One to two years of related experience.
- Strong communication, planning, and workflow management skills.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
