Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on vehicles, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include ensuring vehicles are serviced according to the highest quality standards and working closely with the service team to deliver excellent results.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of automotive systems and components
- Experience with Troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle issues
- Expertise in Field Service practices and on-site problem-solving
- Strong Customer Service skills focused on delivering an outstanding experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain attention to detail
- Possession of relevant technical certifications is a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Previous automotive service or technician experience is highly desirable
