Responsibilities
* Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities
* Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
* MBA candidate with operation-related work experience, and experience in lifestyle business
* Good communication and coordination skills and strong empathy, master the operation methodology of creators and KOL.
* Excellent negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration and integration capabilities, and have the ability to create and package influential events.
* Clear logic, strong execution ability, data analysis ability, strong self-drive
Preferred Qualifications:
* Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.
