PositionSummary
We’re seeking a full-time Senior Partnership Development Specialist for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
Job Responsibilities- Build, manage, and scale a robust pipeline of third-party solution providers, technology integrations, and referral partners to support SHEIN Marketplace growth
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard net-new integration and referral partners that drive high-quality seller and brand acquisition
- Own partner relationship management end to end, from initial sourcing and diligence through onboarding, launch, and ongoing optimizationli>
- Drive seller and brand-direct referrals through partner ecosystems, ensuring partners are enabled to successfully recruit and activate sellers on the platform
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Seller Marketing teams to develop partner enablement materials, joint go-to-market plans, and co-marketing initiatives
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support technical integrations, roadmap alignment, and smooth onboarding for partners and referred sellers
- Coordinate cross-functionally to execute partner launches and resolve operational or technical challenges
- Continuously optimize existing partner relationships to improve performance, scalability, and contribution to Marketplace KPIs
- Track and analyze partner performance, including referral volume, seller activation, and go-live timelines, to inform prioritization and strategy
- Identify new and innovative partnership models to expand the Marketplace ecosystem and unlock incremental growth opportunities
- Work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including overseas teams, to drive alignment and execution
- Leverage technical and operational expertise to navigate integration workflows and improve partner and seller onboarding experiences
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles, preferably within e-commerce or marketplace environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce and marketplace data, identify trends, and translate insights into informed business decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
