Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • CRM Management: Oversee CRM systems (Salesforce and Hub Spot) ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow processes.
  • Training & Development: Design and implement sales development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Market Expansion: Support sales teams in expanding market reach, particularly in nearby major cities, through strategic travel and partnership development.
  • Team Leadership: Contribute to a 10+ person regional team by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales operations within the SaaS industry.
  • Certifications:
    • Required:

      Salesforce Certified Administrator, Hub Spot Sales Software Certification
    • Preferred:
      Google Analytics Certification, AWS Cloud Practitioner
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Zoom Info, Salesforce, Hub Spot, Outreach.io, and Linked In Sales Navigator.
  • Location & Travel: Based in Los Angeles with regular travel to nearby major cities.
  • Schedule: Operate during standard business hours with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
