We take a fundamental, research-driven approach to investing, while also seeking to engage with portfolio companies on Impact Initiatives that may create value.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join our team in a career-track role to support capital raising, fund operations, investor communications, and ongoing investor engagement. The ideal candidate will have 0 - 2 years of relevant experience and an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise storytelling.
Key Responsibilities- Support capital raising efforts, including developing marketing materials and due diligence responses
- Serve as a point of contact for existing and prospective investors, helping manage requests and follow-ups
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and conferences
- Assist with fund reporting, subscription and redemption tracking, and coordination with administrators
- Assist with fund and trade operations, including various portfolio analytics
- Work with investment team to translate portfolio activity and performance into clear investor messaging
- Monitor industry best practices and communications of peer investment firms
- 0 - 2 years in investor relations, asset management, or other relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of various investment firm strategies and investment philosophies
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
