A Day in the Life:

The Monster Ambassador Team program is a national marketing program for Monster Energy Company. The purpose of the program is to:

* Generate Trial of Monster Energy Drink products by consumers

* Communicate the Monster brand message to consumers

* Assist with Music Marketing projects

* Develop and Strengthen Key Relationships via Sponsorship Fulfillment, events activation etc.

* Support Music Marketing efforts through sampling and event support as needed

* The proper candidate would also assist in online projects

The Impact You'll Make:

* • Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling via Music Marketing initiatives

* Distribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty

* Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company

* Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule

* Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper attire

* Follow all Company guidelines

* Be open to and willing to learn new Company info regarding procedures, product etc

* Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication and proactive interactions with consumers, endorsees and internal staff

* Fulfilling orders, and deliveries for bands/artists, music industry contacts (i.e. record labels, management companies, booking agents, promoters, etc.)

* Act professional in and around Artists (Monster Energy Sponsored and other)

* Represent Monster Energy professionally during all aspects of Festival Activation (travel/hotel/onsite/backstage/etc)

* General awareness of ongoing Monster Energy products/artists/tours etc.

* General warehouse duties (inventory/cleaning/sorting/POS)

Who You Are:

* • Some general computer skills (email, web browsing etc)

* Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management, staff, artist, promoters, etc.

* Open to fluctuating schedules

* Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts (2 shifts per month during normal business hours required) including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
* Scheduled hours up to Management discretion.

* Ability to multi-task

* Ability to work independently and with a team

* May be asked to travel with the team to events and activations (out of State)

* Preferred experience within Music Marketing (touring/labels/promoter/musician/etc.)

* Must be able to stand for long periods of time

* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. when required

* Must have a clean driving record

* Must be 21 years of age or older

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $16.00 - $22.00 The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
