Operations Manager

The Operations Manager supports Account Managers in managing multiple Tik Tok Shop and e-commerce accounts by providing operational coordination, performance tracking, and execution support.

This role acts as a decision-support and execution-support layer, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining execution quality across accounts.

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in helping Account Managers scale account ownership while maintaining structured workflows, clear reporting, and consistent delivery standards.

• Support Account Managers in daily client communication, including recap drafting, follow-up tracking, and action alignment.
• Assist in preparing meeting summaries, performance updates, and execution timelines.
• Provide operational support during periods of high workload or multi-account management.

• Monitor daily sales and operational performance across assigned accounts.
• Identify performance fluctuations and prepare structured performance insights.
• Support Account Managers in diagnosing blockers and tracking improvement progress.

• Assist in preparing weekly performance reports, including:
  • GMV and performance summaries
  • Key insights and action recommendations
  • Competitor and market observations
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of reporting data.

• Translate account strategy into actionable internal tasks.
• Submit and track execution requests to Affiliate, Shop Management, and Content teams.
• Ensure deadlines, priorities, and deliverables are clearly aligned across teams.

• Maintain and organize operational documentation, including:
  • SOPs and workflow documents
  • Platform policies and compliance updates
  • Pricing sheets and campaign trackers
• Ensure documentation is updated and accessible for cross-team use.

• Support research initiatives for future growth channels such as Amazon, Instagram Shop, Shopify, and other emerging platforms.
• Assist in collecting data and insights for strategic expansion decisions.

The Operations Manager functions as a support layer for multi-account ownership, responsible for:

• Supporting Account Managers managing multiple full-scope accounts (typically 2+ accounts).
• Providing operational and strategic support across execution planning, risk assessment, and prioritization.
• Supporting merchant communication when additional operational bandwidth or coordination is required.
• Ensuring execution consistency, delivery quality, and operational stability across accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience in e-commerce, Tik Tok Shop, or digital operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong data awareness and structured thinking.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
